AI that helps with the work around the work

Start with one useful administrative task and a careful review.

Choose something small

A clear appointment reminder, an outline for a marketing article, or a summary of anonymized business numbers can be a useful starting point. Define the reader, the task, the available facts and the desired format. Ask for questions when essential information is missing.

Protect the source material

Supply only information you are authorized to share. Remove unnecessary client and property information. A draft must not invent observations, quote unsupported rules or turn a tentative finding into a confident conclusion. Technical judgment stays with a qualified person.

Measure what actually improves

Compare the time needed to prepare, review and correct the AI-assisted draft with your usual method. Keep a workflow only if it helps after review time is included. Save a successful prompt together with its limitations and an example of a checked result.
