Make the request part of the workflow

A review request is easier to remember when it belongs to a defined step in your process. Choose an appropriate moment after delivering the agreed work. Invite honest feedback in a brief message, without telling clients what rating to leave.

Measure the process you can control

Track completed inspections, requests sent and reviews received. Separate those counts from assumptions about ranking or revenue. A numerical target can help you plan a consistent habit, but customer responses remain outside your control.

Keep it human

Use the client’s name and a clear destination. Avoid repeated pressure. When feedback identifies a service problem, address the problem through your normal customer communication process. A template should help you be consistent without making every interaction sound impersonal.
